I really like some of the layouts within this magazine! I want to combine the photographs with several different layouts as to keep the reader interested.

I want to experiment with type also within the wedding brief and bring this into the publication so that it shows diversity and keeps the target audience interested. 

Layout Ideas

I want to create a book for the wedding brief.
I want it to show the creative side and incorporate graphics within photography and how this is a strong combination. Rather than keeping it simple/slightly boring.

I want to create a promotional book for the wedding brief. I want to make the photographer a high quality book for them to show their wedding pictures off. Also I quite like the designs of these layouts, not boring yet show off the photography in a quite contemporary way.

Logo Idea

I want to use a sans serif type and create a logo abit like this for the betty brown logo and have the letters intertwining with each other. 

Branding

I like the idea of having a pattern on the back of the headed paper as it adds expense which looks to people that it is a higher/better quality.

Variations of wedding invites

I do like the invite of which is lasercut, however this would be very delicate being sent out to people of whom have to keep hold of it for a while.

I also think that it needs to be able to fit on one piece of paper, as more than one will be lost.

Table Setting Variation

This is a really different idea to a place setting. Usually at weddings they use card and have their names printed on it. This is simple but effective.

Wedding Invitation Ideas

I like the idea of using the hands to make a heart, maybe this could be a picture then the type ontop of the picture?

I also like the embossing as I think this automatically adds expense/class to a design.

Branding and Corporate Identity

I want to brand Betty Browns and create a whole look and feel for the corporate identity, so people automatically know what kind of cafe it is and what they would be going to.

I think it may need a theme for the cafe: in which I am thinking: tea party/summers day picnic.

This would be quite a nice effect for the wedding invitation designs etc doing it hand rendered would make it look more personal.

I would quite like to make something like this for the front cover of a book.

Book Design

Quite clean/simplistic designs for the photography book or to use for the congratulations book.

Other visual ideas for wedding invitations

 

For the wedding brief I want to create a high quality publication for the comments book that is left for the guests to congratulate the couple. I want to experiment with different stocks and keep it high quality.

I want to create simplistic high quality invitations and experiment with print processes and stock.

Branding Betty Brown:
I want to create a full set of designs for the company including headed paper/ business cards & things such as packaging used to transport the products.

I love the layout within this publication! I want to create something like this for brief 3 - Wedding Stationary and use it within the side of promoting the photographer. 

Branding for Betty Brown brief:

I want to create this kind of look and feel! I want it to look traditional and homely for a cake store.

I also really liek the layout! Although for my brief I do not want it to be this full but there are factors such as the alignment of the type and layout of the pictures which I can do.

For the face wipes I intend to create a sticker to cover the packaging like this on the left. However I want to use a white packaging, and create a colour design on the sticker.

Also for the moisturiser and lip balm, I will design a for the top of the packaging along with around the outside. However I want my designs to be on clear packaging, either glass or clear plastic.
